Returns/Exchanges: We are not accepting ANY returns on orders placed. Exchanges ONLY. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days, starting when you receive your item(s). If 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t accept an exchage. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are checked before we ship them to any address so defective/damaged items shouldn't be a problem. If you do encounter a damaged item please contact us and will take appropriate measures. We are not responsible for the shipping costs but we will ship your new item for free.
