please make sure you haven't wore your item and it is in its original packaging, if an item is returned and the refund is rejected we apologize but no refund will be issued and we will just send the item back. if above criteria is met then there shouldn't be any problems with a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only applicable for the same item and must be within 15 days of receiving an item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are checked before we ship them to any address so defective/damaged items shouldn't be a problem. If you do encounter a damaged item please contact us and will take appropriate measures.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
